We have just launched our newest feature – recurring bills. This feature is permissions driven and must be assigned by an administrator to users before they can access it. Recurring bills will give you the ability to create a recurring bill/payment with a start and end date. Creating a new recurring bill is easy and follows the same basic process you use to enter all your bills in Expex. Recurring bills are entered once and are automatically generated based on the parameters you provide. They are also automatically approved so you don’t have to approve them every month and show up in your approved tab ready for payment.

Our next release will have 3 new features and will be released by the middle of July. The features in the July release will be:
- Location coding – Assigning locations to bills for QuickBooks Online users.
- Management inbox view – This feature will enable administrators to see and act on all users inboxes.
- Bank reconciliation report – A report that provides the details of each debit, making the bank reconciliation process much easier.
